Please can residents ensure that the entrance door latches to communal areas for Flats 1-6 and Flats 9-12 are kept on the lock setting. We appreciate that on occasion visitors (medical, delivery, builders) may be coming in and out, however on quite a few occasions the door latch has not been set back to lock setting, leaving the entrance open for a number of hours. This is a safety risk so please be aware, also a sign is visible asking residents to ensure the latch is set to lock mode. Thank you.
