Flats 1 – 6 Communal area lights on a couple of occasions have remained permanently on. Having been investigated, the source of the problem was tracked to one of the light switches by Flat 1 next to the power socket. The light switch uses a spring mechanism and we believe sometimes it may get stuck. In the event this happens again then please check the light switch to see if you can click it a few times to see if this resolves the issue. We will keep monitoring. Thank you.
