Great work from the contractors who completed Phase 1 (front) and Phase 2 (rear) due in 2027, albeit between flat 3 & 4 some resin repair applied which will be painted in the next 3 weeks
Work included:
- Painting communal entrance window frames (F 1-6 & 9-12)
- Remove blockages (leaves) around roof velux (F 1-6)
- Soffits painted, repaired and communal area entrance to F 9-12 panel replaced, and painted. Front & Rear.
- Flat 8 windows painted
- Outside hand rail to Flat 7 painted
- Roof tile gaps/holes on front of Beaufield Gate repaired/replaced
Left to do:
- Paint soffit between F 3-4
- Repair/replace roof tiles at rear of Beaufield Gate
- Paint soffits at side of F1-6
